What we are asked most often.
Do I have to learn a piece of software?+
No. There is no software to learn, no licence, no training. Access through the browser: you ask a question, the answer arrives in the building model.
My documents are incomplete and old. Is that enough?+
Yes. We start with whatever exists — scanned drawings included. PDF documents become a calculable model in three to five days, and the confidence of every assumption is stated.
What does Hans calculate with?+
With established reference solvers: EnergyPlus for thermal simulation, Radiance for light, OpenFOAM for airflow, Modelica for plant. Every calculation path can be followed, every assumption edited.
Does this replace my engineer?+
Hans takes on the groundwork that used to need a commission of its own: building the model, running variants, documenting. Assessment and decision stay with the professional — Hans gives them the basis for it.
Which project stage is this for?+
All of them: design, evidence and operation. New build and existing stock — from the first variant to the retrofit pathway.
What does it cost?+
